We are seeking a skilled and courteous Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will interact with customers to provide information and ensure exceptional service. Your responsibilities include handling customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Resolve Customer Complaints and Special Orders
- Process Customer Transactions and Maintain Records
- Identify Additional Product or Service Opportunities
- Develop Strategies to Address Customer Needs
- High School Degree or Equivalent Required
- 0-2 Years of Relevant Experience
- Strong Knowledge of Retail and Wholesale Sales Principles
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to Build Long-term Relationships with Customers
