Job Description

Performing maintenance and repair tasks on production equipment is crucial to ensuring overall efficiency and productivity. As a skilled Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, as well as performing preventative maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of our equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with PLC programming and instrumentation control design is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing highly specialized duties to install and maintain production equipment
  • Assisting the engineering team with process improvements and equipment upgrades
  • Providing emergency repairs and maintenance services to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Conducting regular inspections and scheduled maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams
