**Job Description**

The Production Art Lead is responsible for owning the project schedule, partnering with Hard Surface Leads and Art Directors to scope and schedule work. They must build and maintain dependency-driven asset schedules to ensure successful on-time release of content that meets Epic art quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Own the project schedule and partner with Hard Surface Leads and Art Directors to help scope and schedule desired work for the team.
  • Build and maintain dependency-driven asset schedules to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Facilitate open communication with the art production team, as well as cross-department production teams, providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proactively seek resolution and identify problems, proposing solutions before they become roadblocks.
  • Organize development operations, including scheduling team meetings, running art reviews, and providing actionable notes and follow-ups to attendees.
**Requirements**
  • Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed art teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects, both with internal artists and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new challenge as an opportunity for growth.
  • You should be a self-starter, approaching challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution.
  • Able to communicate effectively with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the organization.
  • Able to drive high-velocity, high-impact development cycles, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
  • Able to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment.
