This is a dynamic role responsible for collaborating across various business functions to ensure alignment of regional to global priorities and E2E supply chain strategies. Key responsibilities include leading critical initiatives, partnering to translate commercial customer product supply strategies into deliver solutions, evaluating new business capabilities, and collaborating across all deliver operations to ensure product continuity, compliance, efficiency, and transparency.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or equivalent degree required; masters preferred.">
  • A minimum 8 years of relevant Supply Chain experience preferred or experience in a related field including Project Management, Engineering, Pharma Operations, Business Analytics.">
  • Shown success working in complex, highly matrix, virtual organization where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.">
  • Must have broad understanding of E2E supply chain.">
  • Must demonstrate customer passion in addition to supply chain depth.">
  • Must demonstrate successful project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.">
  • Knowledge of Health Care industry required.">
  • Shown problem solving and analytical experience influencing skills.">
  • Understanding of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain.">
  • Global working experience.">
  • Order Management process and SAP/ERP experience.">
  • Knowledge and exposure/experience with multiple classes of trade (mass merchandise, retail pharmacy, managed care, Medicare, mail order etc).">
  • Lean, SIX Sigma, APICS.">
  • Project management skills, FPX or PMP certification desirable."]">
