A Program Manager Role

About the Job:

This position is responsible for designing and implementing associate training content and programs at a fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert on operational processes
  • Create comprehensive training programs
  • Oversee content development and its continuous improvement
  • Perform audits to ensure continuous training adoption
  • Develop and track metrics measuring program success and adoption rates
A Typical Workday:

You will work closely with operational teams to offer support and expertise, and gain insight into bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. You will also work with counterparts in other geographies to benchmark processes and ensure conformity with standard operating procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate requires a Bachelor's Degree, experience in program or project management, and experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Proficiency in advanced Excel and strong English skills are also required.
