**What are we looking for?**
Leader in the worldwide Operational Services team helping to train and provide end-user support for R&D Information systems. This role is the worldwide expert in "FLO", a critical R&D system housing all formulations that is indispensable for all product development and innovation. Requires ability to continually optimize this software for R&D needs and to train R&D associates worldwide on its use and provide expert trouble-shooting assistance.
**What are the main responsibilities**:
This role interfaces across all organization levels from Sr. Management to all R&D professionals as well as external vendors to support FLO developments, maintenance and provide end user support.
**Who is the person?**
Work with the FLO IT team to help develop new functionality as needed, to perform required system maintenance and training. Develops and provides in-depth training for both new and experienced FLO users. Works with external resources and IT team to help resolve FLO technical issues and to continually optimize this system as required to meet R&D's evolving needs. This leader should demonstrate curiosity and a global mindset and be adept at working across different cultures
**What you need to have?**
Requires in-depth knowledge of data management systems and strong computer and analytical skills. Excellent project management skills and customer-service centric mindset. Requires excellent communication, including ability to develop and lead training sessions and provide problem solving support for a wide range of R&D users of the FLO system worldwide.
