This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and impact the future of transportation by developing a comprehensive digital experience strategy, integrating IoT-driven tools with user needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive digital experience strategy, integrating IoT-driven tools with user needs.
  • Lead a team of designers in creating top-tier digital solutions that integrate design thinking into product development processes.
  • Collaborate with product owners and engineers to inform design decisions and foster cross-functional workshops and co-creation initiatives.
  • Establish and scale a design system for consistency across digital touchpoints and advocate for human-centered design-led innovation within leadership.
  • Integrate design thinking into product development processes and develop a solid understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Design or related field, or significant experience in UX/UI design.
  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI, service design, or digital product design, including 3+ years leading, mentoring, and managing design teams.
  • Proven track record of influencing product and business teams through design strategy, expertise in enterprise tools, IoT interfaces, or field service applications, and proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe, or similar.
