","Job Description

As a Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, realizing, and testing systems, subsystems, and components as part of user stories or features. You will understand and communicate the consequences of your design on the architecture.

","Responsibilities
  • Design systems, subsystems, and components for testability
  • Participate in planning and retrospective processes during scrum rituals
  • Identify impediments and resolve them with support from the scrum master when required
  • Collaborate and guide team members to achieve team goals
  • Ensure minimum build failure due to integration issues and act quickly when failures are detected
","Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Software Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Ability to collaborate well in teams and manage conflicts, interdependencies, accountability, and self-organization
  • Proactive work style and adaptability to change
  • Experience with model-based software environments like Simulink and knowledge of development methodologies like Agile/Scrum
  • Preferably experience with automotive standards like ISO26262 and developing AUTOSAR Software Components
  • Fluent in English language for effective communication in both verbal and written form
  • Willingness to learn and perseverance
