As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via various communication channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent German and English language skills, basic technical knowledge of Intercom, and experience in technical support. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively in a team and have an independent and proactive approach to work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional technical support via calls, emails, and chats
* Gather required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
* Work with cross-functional teams
* Ensure customers' satisfaction
* Securely work with customers' sensitive information

**Requirements:**

* Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1, written and verbal)
* Basic technical knowledge of Intercom
* Experience in technical support
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Independent and proactive approach to work

* Degree in computer science or information technology
