Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with movement disorders, injuries, and physical impairments.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
  • Document goals, progress notes, pre-certifications, and physician reports.
  • Supervise PTAs and aides as required by state law.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and state Practice Act guidelines.

Qualifications
