Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with movement disorders, injuries, and physical impairments.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Document goals, progress notes, pre-certifications, and physician reports.
- Supervise PTAs and aides as required by state law.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and state Practice Act guidelines.
- Mentorship opportunities for new graduates.
- Leadership pathways for Center Manager roles.
- Continuing education reimbursement for licensure and specialty training.
- Participation in in-services and professional development programs.
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT or PTA program (or OT program for Hand Therapist).
- Current California state licensure (or eligibility).
- Outpatient rehab experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
