Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with movement disorders, injuries, and physical impairments.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
• Document goals, progress notes, pre-certifications, and physician reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as required by state law, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises, promoting patient empowerment and self-management.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and state Practice Act guidelines, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT or PTA program (or OT program for Hand Therapist).
• Current California state licensure (or eligibility), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Outpatient rehab experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply, as we offer comprehensive training and support.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care and well-being above all else.
