Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with movement disorders, injuries, and physical impairments.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Document goals, progress notes, pre-certifications, and physician reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supervise PTAs and aides as required by state law, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises, promoting patient empowerment and self-management.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and state Practice Act guidelines, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Mentorship opportunities for new graduates, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
- Leadership pathways for Center Manager roles, providing opportunities for advancement and career progression.

- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT or PTA program (or OT program for Hand Therapist).
- Current California state licensure (or eligibility), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Outpatient rehab experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply, as we offer comprehensive training and support.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care and well-being above all else.
