Amazon Logistica do Brasil - F95 is a leading logistics company that aims to provide exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced Last Mile Delivery Network Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the launch of new delivery stations and operational processes in Brazil. As a key member of our Emerging Countries Engineering team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing building launch schedules, coordinating suppliers and vendors, and supporting the design, optimization, and maintenance of Building Infrastructure, Material Handling Equipment, and Processes.

This role involves regular travel within Brazil and occasional international travel as required. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive expansion in our Last Mile Delivery network.

Responsibilities
  • Draft test fit layouts and research building and site-related information to identify any relevant issues that impact the economic or operational value of a site.
  • Prepare specifications and technical details to fully define the requirements on building environment, equipment, material, process, and services.
  • Review technical documentation such as Buildings layouts, traffic plans, flow diagrams, conveyor and equipment layouts, installation details, schedules, and budgets to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Provide technical input and conduct value engineering/value analysis in cross-functional infrastructure projects.
  • Continuously improve team processes, driving savings in time and cost of internal and launch activity.
  • Work independently or lead a project team comprising project managers, project engineers, and contractors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Operations Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or Project Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Program or project management experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level; experience working with and managing third-party vendors; experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing; Master's degree.
Benefits and Compensation

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits packages.
