About the Role

This is a leadership position within our Customer Care Team, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and fostering customer intimacy to deliver a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities include resolving issues and handling customer complaints, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and supporting representatives in problem resolution.

We are seeking a skilled leader who can drive successful implementation of new processes, collaborate with planning teams, and manage demand planning and stocking agreements effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Care Team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Customer Intimacy: Foster customer intimacy by actively engaging with the customer care team to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues and handle customer complaints and inquiries, both internally and externally.
  • Communication: Maintain day-to-day communication with customers, operations, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
  • Representative Support: Support Customer Care Representatives in escalating problem resolution, managing complaints, and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with Solution Owners.
  • Process Implementation: Ensure the successful implementation of new customer and product processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with planning teams to manage demand planning and stocking agreements effectively.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
