Strategic Business Development Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional to develop and maintain key relationships with major vehicle and heavy equipment manufacturers in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:- Formulate realistic annual business plans and targets, taking into account market trends and customer needs.
- Manage budgets effectively, controlling costs and maximizing long-term sales and profits.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, margin, and market share in the Mobile Solutions sector.
- Evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive information to inform pricing decisions and maximize profit objectives.
- Communicate market insights and customer feedback to senior management, ensuring that business development strategies remain aligned with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 7 years of sales experience in the automotive market, with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced Office Knowledge (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in market, economic, and political scenario analysis.
- Management and leadership experience.
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish language skills.
A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
