Amazon is expanding rapidly in Brazil, and payments are core to providing the best shopping experience on Amazon.com.br. If you have a passion for identifying customer needs and communicating exciting product propositions, then this role is for you.
About This Role:- Develop strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of Amazon Brazil's payment methods by working backwards from customer needs and business data.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Business Development, PR, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders across Amazon to deliver compelling customer experiences that meet their payment needs.
- Think strategically, analyze data deeply, influence stakeholders, and work effectively amidst ambiguity and competing priorities to enhance the customer experience and generate incremental business impact.
- Lead cross-functional marketing programs that create product marketing strategies, including segmentation, cross-channel strategies, and content optimization.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform improvements in go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware launches.
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship)
- Experience using data and metrics to inform improvements
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware launches
- Experience developing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
