Business Development Associate

The Relationship Associate role is a dynamic position that involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret data to make informed recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing: Provide exceptional day-to-day client servicing, handle and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Data Validation: Validate client data and documentation in relevant systems.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with internal departments to solve client needs.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to clients on emerging product needs, competitive practices, and ideas for process/product improvement. Analyze client data and provide reporting as needed.
- Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for Citigroup’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
