The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of managing full sales cycles. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
The role requires sourcing and generating leads from North America, particularly from industries expanding offshore teams. Experience managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers is also highly valued.
