Business Development Representative Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and nurturing business relationships, generating referral opportunities, and consistently meeting KPIs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Nurturing business relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
  • Generating referral opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calls, email campaigns, and personalized outreach
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective referral partners
  • Tracking and managing pipeline progress to ensure alignment with KPIs

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, BDR, or relationship management roles
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and consistently meet KPIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email campaigns, and outreach tools
  • Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred but not required
