We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to deliver exceptional support strategies for overseas offices, driving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive administrative support plans to enhance client satisfaction and optimize office operations.
- Establish and maintain quality operational standards, including 5S management, workplace safety, and emergency response protocols.
- Analyze data on administrative costs and workspace utilization, driving cost-effective management through optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Develop vendor solutions tailored to client needs and create performance evaluation frameworks for third-party suppliers.
- Train and develop overseas administrative staff to enhance competencies and drive team empowerment.
- Collaborate with functional departments to support the implementation of our overseas operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in an office environment, including at least 2 years of international work or residency experience.
- Extensive expertise in office operations and facility management.
- Proficiency in space planning and occupancy cost optimization.
- Demonstrated professional integrity and exceptional performance capabilities.
- Strong customer service orientation, outstanding communication skills, and innovative problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and listening comprehension).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to accept overseas business trips for a duration of more than one year.
