About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional who can help our clients achieve their goals through effective customer adoption and governance advice.

  • Drive customer adoption and success through strategic guidance, usage recommendations, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and implement successful customer engagement strategies, promoting social enterprise solutions in cloud computing environments.
  • Become the key post-sales success leader for assigned accounts, delivering tailored solutions with application functional or IT expertise and exceptional customer management at executive levels.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Proven experience working with large, complex accounts at senior IT and business levels, preferably with recent direct executive experience.
  • Strong executive communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mediating conflicts and fostering honest dialogue.
  • Familiarity with ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Heat, Frontrange, or similar technologies.
