About Our Early Years Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary educator to lead our team of teachers at a prestigious school in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Guiding Students

You will teach classes and guide students' learning, promoting teaching experiences based on our pedagogical plan and every child's special needs. You will know the school's pedagogical proposal, the approach adopted and the learning expectations of every specific grade.

Analyzing Student Progress

You will analyze students' progress in the learning process, collecting evidence and following-up on all individual needs, and defining actions to improve performance.

Developing Strategies

You will develop strategies that promote the improvement and engagement of students, based on observation and collection of evidence.

Safety and Well-being

You will ensure safety, constantly remaining with students in any given activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary in order to avoid the likelihood of accidents.

Counseling Children

You will counsel children with the support of evidence-based practices, handling conflict situations, according to what is proposed by our philosophy.

Guiding TAs

You will guide teaching assistants as to expectations, deadlines and clear instructions, reporting to leadership the development needs as identified.

Professional Development

You will participate in academic meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve your professional skills.

Class Management

You will be responsible for students' school material and class management.
