Job Opportunity:

The Senior FX Operations Analyst role requires a highly analytical professional to oversee the accuracy and timeliness of FX operations processing activities.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in FX operations with a focus on client-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational cycle of all trades and processes within the area.
  • Resolve requests, inquiries, issues, and errors while proposing improvements.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to make recommendations to senior management for process improvement.
  • Onboard new clients in accordance with operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of FX operations experience is required, with Foreign Investors clients/4373 regulation being an asset.
  • Banking operations experience is essential.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Candidates must demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Flexibility, organization, and self-motivation are necessary to work with tight deadlines.
  • Result-oriented individuals with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are preferred.
  • Team working skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, positive, and proactive professionals are encouraged to apply.
