Required Skills and Qualifications- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing.
- Excel experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-channel campaigns that blend performance with creativity.
- Familiarity with CRM and campaign orchestration.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
- Passion for testing, learning, and growing within a fast-moving environment.
As part of our growth marketing team, you will help bring to life our most critical user-facing campaigns. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, combining data-driven execution with creative planning across in-app, push, email, social, and digital surfaces.
You will be responsible for executing promotional and lifecycle campaigns from planning to deployment across multiple touchpoints, partnering with Data, Creative, and Product teams to build full-funnel journeys that convert users at key lifecycle moments. You will also create and maintain dashboards to track campaign impact on metrics such as ROAS, EFOs, R-Burn, retention, and conversion rates.
Additionally, you will support campaign calendar management, help prioritize key launches across seasonal, product, and promotional themes, and contribute to commercial reaction plans, feature adoption strategies, and funnel conversion playbooks.
