About this Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Growth Strategist or Real Estate Market Development Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving business growth and development within the real estate market.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence;
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights on market trends and performance;
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual success;

This position requires a high level of autonomy, creativity, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be self-sufficient, resourceful, and driven to achieve excellence.

The estimated salary for this role is around $$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A completed degree in any field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in business development, strategic sales, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven strategies and achieving targets;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
