The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing database queries, managing databases, implementing security measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, conducting regular audits, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize database queries to improve system performance and ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
  • Manage SQL Server Management Studio, mySQL, and Oracle databases to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Implement database security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand transportation management requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
  • Conduct regular database audits to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Possess expertise in query optimization and SQL Server Management Studio to ensure optimal database performance.
  • Experience with mySQL.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in database security to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance.
  • Ability to communicate with global teams in English.
  • Knowledge in T-SQL for efficient data manipulation and reporting.
  • Understanding of database integration and scalability to support business growth.
