Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve client pain points, addressing ongoing issues and areas for improvement.
  • Lead retention efforts by proposing upgrades, upsells, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback analysis.
  • Recommend strategies to improve client performance and meet business objectives.
  • Ensure client requirements are met, delivering results within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Stay informed about client businesses, competition, and marketing objectives, adapting strategies accordingly.
