We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer success in cybersecurity, strengthening relationships and maximizing value for clients across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strategic relationships and managing customer interactions to drive growth opportunities.
- Engage with leads and prospects interested in cybersecurity services.
- Conduct assessments and propose tailored solutions based on Microsoft Security technologies.
- Re-engage and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring successful adoption and optimization of Microsoft Security technologies.
- Maximizing customer value through professional services and joint strategies with Microsoft.
- Building strong, long-term relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in customer success management or cybersecurity consulting.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions.
- Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship management skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
