We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Director, Client Renewal Sales - LATAM. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the renewal efforts for our clients in the LATAM region, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to Rimini Street.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive renewal strategy for the LATAM region, driving client retention and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Support, to ensure seamless execution of renewal plans and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Rimini Street's services, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles, particularly in the software and support services industry.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing, support agreements, and commercial terms, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both languages.
