Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for generating leads for sales teams and expanding business through new relationships.

The Business Development Associate will have the chance to grow our customer base, drive revenue growth, and gain insights into sales strategies and methodologies.

  • Identify target accounts and key decision-makers using various research tools.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand pipeline through multi-channel prospecting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly goals established for sales accepted opportunities and pipeline value.
  • Prospect within the Brazilian territory.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Business Development/Inside Sales in a B2B environment with expertise in Brazilian market expansion.
  • Outbound skills, contacting potential customers.
  • Proficient PC Skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting tools. Full proficiency in English language.
