
Business Development Manager

- Identify and engage potential partners, including telecom companies, e-commerce platforms, healthcare institutions, and other relevant service providers.
- Structure win-win commercial models (revenue sharing, co-marketing, data monetization) and develop a BD playbook including partnership tiers, incentive structures, and exclusivity clauses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
- Analyze partnership strategies of local players and conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape.
- Analyze and report on business development efforts, providing insights into partnership strategies and outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of partner services into the Cartão de Kwai platform and collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the B2B market.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Native-level Portuguese + advanced English
