Sales Business Developer

Estamos buscando por um profissional motivado e orientado a resultados para atuar como Sales Development Representative (SDR). Essa pessoa será responsável pela primeira etapa do processo de vendas, incluindo prospecção ativa, qualificação de leads e geração de oportunidades para o time de Closers.
O ideal é alguém que possua experiência em SDR ou pré-vendas, com domínio de ferramentas de CRM e conhecimento em técnicas de outbound e metodologias de qualificação. A capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e comunicar-se eficazmente também é essencial.
Aqui estão algumas das responsabilidades:
- Prospeccao ativa via telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e outras ferramentas de automação;
- Qualificar leads de acordo com critérios pré-definidos (ICP e BANT/GPCT);
- Gerenciar e atualizar informações no CRM de forma estruturada e organizada;
- Identificar necessidades e dores do cliente, direcionando oportunidades qualificadas para o time de vendas;
- Atingir metas semanais e mensais de cadências, contatos e reuniões agendadas;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com marketing e vendas para otimizar processos de geração de leads.
Requisitos Técnicos:
- Experiência prévia em SDR, pré-vendas, prospecção comercial ou inside sales;
- Domínio de ferramentas de CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce ou similares);
- Conhecimento em técnicas de outbound, cadência multicanal e metodologias de qualificação;
- Excelente comunicação oral e escrita;
- Habilidade em análise de dados e métricas de funil.
Diferenciais:
- Experiência em mercado B2B ou SaaS;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de prospecção (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RD Station, etc.);
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
