Managed Service Leader Position Overview

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales/technical-sales to enterprise level customers.
  • This person must have key qualifications including success in managing technical resources in complex selling processes, customer stakeholder relationships, and large multi-site deployments.

Broad Scope of Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will drive successful customer engagements, have deep working knowledge of Enterprise deployment planning and migration scenarios, and strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in reviewing and writing contracts is also required.

Key Performance Indicators

  • A successful Managed Service Leader will be instrumental in building and closing deals, driving scoping discussions for maximum customer impact, and understanding.
  • This person must be able to lead internal status updates, represent the opportunity to an internal review board, and explain the proposal.
  • Exceptional understanding of large-scale Managed Services deployments is essential, including Structured Cabling, LAN/WLAN, Unified Communications, site refreshes, and new site buildouts.
  • Proven track record of building technical and business relationships with senior executives and growing wallet share in large or highly strategic accounts.
