We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead the establishment of our finance function in Brazil.
This role is responsible for managing the accounting process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
