About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager – BR is accountable for supporting sales revenue growth across Brazil through a well-balanced marketing plan with a specific focus on acquiring new logos and increasing market share. The main focus will be lead generation with a secondary focus on supporting local marketing activations and providing real-time event management support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Sensing: Understand the competitive landscape, distinctive competence, and market problems.
  2. Target Market Understanding: Understand the target market by persona, segment, and geography.
  3. Competitor Analysis: Identify key competitor strategies and ensure that ADP has a compelling and differentiated position in the market.
  4. Marketing Plan Development: Create a marketing plan aligned to ESI central strategy as well as to local country needs.
  5. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Drive integrated marketing campaigns that deliver growth, leveraging ESI and Global tools and resources.
  6. Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Country Management to create a shared sense of ownership and a joint calendar of activity.
  7. Communication and Education: Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.
  8. Marketing Communication: Play an active role in marketing communication.
  9. Product Marketing: Partner with regional product marketing to develop tools, programs, and content to highlight local products in the marketing mix.
  10. Public Relations: Partner with the ESI public relations team and local PR vendor to support relevant stories, coverage, and brand building in the local market.
  11. Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for growth initiatives and drive the best allocation for digital budget.
  12. Forecasting and Analysis: Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact and ROI of programs.
  13. Event Management: Evaluate, select, and manage local physical/virtual event-related vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs.
  14. Account-Based Selling: Develop and implement target account strategies to support account-based selling.
  15. Marketing Content: Localize global marketing assets, develop case studies, sales collaterals, and selling tools.
Requirements
  1. Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing practices.
  2. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and executional skills, and the ability to generate credibility with and respect from participants at all levels.
  3. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders.
  4. Project Management: Proven history of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines and driving meaningful results.
  5. International Experience: International business experience is a definite plus.
  6. Matrixed Organization Experience: Exposure to working in large, global, and matrixed organizations.
  7. Results-Oriented: Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work on his/her own initiative.
  8. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail.
  9. Teamwork and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  10. Self-Motivation: Positive self-motivating attitude and driven to make an impact.

Education and Experience
  1. Language Skills: Native Portuguese speaker.
  2. Business English: Excellent business English speaker.
  3. Spanish Language Skills: Spanish language skills desired but not essential.
  4. Marketing Experience: Extensive B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of sizeable new business wins.
  5. Collaboration and Budget Management: Pragmatic and collaborative in nature and execution, with experience of multiple related teams and budget management.
  6. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, journalism, or communications.
