This specialist provides 24/7 real-time support to high-net-worth clients through various secure channels. The role involves responding promptly and accurately to inquiries, requests, and feedback with zero delay and maximum reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored, premium experiences for VIP clients by understanding and anticipating their expectations and needs.
- Identify and resolve common issues independently, and for more complex cases, follow escalation protocols strictly and coordinate cross-functional support until resolution.
- Accurately document all client interactions and service workflows, and provide regular reports and insights based on client feedback and service trends to support continuous improvement.
- Native-level fluency or CEFR C1/C2 in Spanish or Portuguese, and strong business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in financial industries such as banking, securities, payments, wealth management, or fintech, with experience serving high-net-worth/VIP clients highly preferred.
- Genuinely client-focused, driven to deliver excellence, with strong empathy and patience, and a consistent professional demeanor even under pressure.
