Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Strategist to drive company-wide HR projects, implement changes, and improve HR processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 5+ years of experience in an HR department to take on new challenges and make a significant impact at our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new employees, including posting targeted job opportunities, screening resumes and applications, and conducting video or in-person interviews.
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terms, and leaves of absence.
  • Assist with benefit administration, preparation of benefit communication materials, and hosting open enrollment webinars.
  • Support with evaluating the compensation structure and partnering with third-party consultants to evaluate market data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and company benefits.
  • Assist with preparation and filing of mandatory reports, audits, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience within an HR Department.
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Expert technical skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and external entities.
