As the Senior Manager of the Renewals Team, your contributions will significantly influence the overarching strategy and success of a top-tier cybersecurity organization. You will engage with complex business and technological challenges that are paramount for our executives, particularly concerning key partnerships that hold strategic importance for the business. You will spearhead initiatives with stakeholders to create mutually beneficial and measurable outcomes for both technical and business objectives alongside strategic partners. Your unique combination of business acumen, strategic experience, visionary thinking, and influential collaboration will be essential in working with a diverse array of stakeholders within Palo Alto Networks.
We expect our office-based employees to work in the office four days a week, with one day designated for remote work. We believe that in-person collaboration fosters informal discussions and those serendipitous moments where we can address issues and brainstorm ideas together. These interactions enhance our capabilities, strengthen trusted relationships, and encourage our teams to take risks and innovate. While we are navigating the specifics, our general expectation is for office-based roles to be present in the office four days a week.
Your Impact- Oversee the daily renewal operations for assigned direct reports and districts/regions in the LATAM area.
- Inspire your direct reports to enhance pipeline development and revenue through renewal sales initiatives utilizing the partner network.
- Provide accurate forecasts to leadership teams and maintain a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the Senior Manager and VP.
- Coach and develop your team members through bi-weekly one-on-one meetings.
- Guide and support direct reports on significant deals through to completion.
- Assess and document the performance of your direct reports based on Key Metrics and objectives established by Leadership.
- Track and report the outbound activities of assigned renewal representatives on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to devise strategies for achieving sales targets and uncovering new, high-value opportunities alongside renewals.
- Ensure accurate and ongoing reporting through the continuous update and maintenance of necessary reports in various tools and applications.
- Assist with renewal escalations within your assigned districts.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing diverse enterprise renewals/sales teams.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams of 8-15 individuals in both office and remote work settings.
- Proven experience in hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
- Demonstrated success with channel/partner sales models in renewals and upsells.
- Consistently achieved renewal/sales team objectives through effective leadership.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving needs.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
