Accor Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure maximum production and meet set targets.
- Prospect new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to convert them into producing accounts.
- Communicate client requirements to internal departments to ensure delivery of superior guest service.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel products, rates, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Represent Accor Hotels at trade fairs, functions, and other events as directed.
- Participate in hotel activities, including promotions, sales blitzes, and entertainment.
- Service client needs promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Maximize occupancy and average rate through creative and selective selling.
- Accurately report sales data and trends to the sales team and management.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales in hotel operations.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
