Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our team in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations and uphold the high creative standards of our business.

Your role will involve working with clients to understand their needs and delivering design solutions that meet or exceed their objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and ensuring that our work is presented to clients professionally and with conviction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio of experience in FMCG, Drinks, Luxury, and/or Health sectors, showcasing your ability to create impactful work for big international brands. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, your overarching aim will be to ensure that Design Bridge continues to lead in its field by maximizing creative opportunities and staying at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Luxury, and/or Health sectors
  • Strong portfolio of design work
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is R$ 10,500 - R$ 14,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
