Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled People Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative people strategies that drive organisational success.

You will work closely with senior managers and employee feedback to develop comprehensive people plans, ensuring they are informed by meaningful consultation and aligned with business objectives. Your expertise in employment law and best practice will be essential in delivering high-quality advice on complex people matters.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can translate strategic plans into action, lead on embedding company values, and champion equality, diversity, and inclusion. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, provide specialist advice on employee relations, and support wellbeing and retention efforts.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operational People/HR experience, including delivering advice on complex people issues, developing innovative people plans, and setting and achieving deadlines. They will also have experience in workforce planning, analysing KPIs, and working within a business partnering ethos.

  • Work closely with senior managers and employee feedback to develop comprehensive people plans
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, exit interviews, and recognition programs
