Job Title: People Business Partner

This role is perfect for a strategic HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the tech industry.

As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting client-facing Software Engineers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding through checkout. This involves scheduling meetings and maintaining strong connections with team members while identifying potential attrition risks promptly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, negotiation skills, and experience working with Developers. They should also be proficient in building proposals and closing deals, as well as having experience in people, culture, talent or training.

Key Responsibilities:
