About the Role

As an Associate Customer Success Manager at DocuSign, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive customer adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer adoption and value realization through short-term adoption-focused engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate customer engagement, facilitate product enablement, and reduce friction
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
  • Provide critical feedback to influence product and tool improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or related environment
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Multi-lingual in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
