Role Overview
As a Back Office and Customer Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and maintain records of transactions and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.
- Update and manage customer databases, ensuring accuracy and security of information.
- Assist in other back-office functions as required to support business needs.
Requirements
Fluency in English and one additional language: Arabic, Italian, or Spanish.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a back-office or customer support role is advantageous.
Ability to work in a shift-based schedule.
High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work well under pressure.
