BET99 is a leading online sportsbook and casino, committed to innovation and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Report directly to management on ongoing issues and training requirements
• Maintain average chat times below 10 minutes
• Respond promptly to customer messages and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with the CE Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead on projects and tasks
• Utilize Zendesk to handle customer tickets
**Requirements:**
• College degree or high school diploma, or minimum 1 year of work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in French and English, an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Zendesk experience preferred
• Knowledge of sports, online betting, or gaming, an asset
