OTC Reporting and Analysis Expert

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and analysis of reporting and KPIs for all OTC teams. Your analytical and communication skills will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze comprehensive reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all OTC teams
- Calculate monthly cash targets and aging balance buckets for each cash collector
- Prepare weekly collection reports
- Design and implement Jira KPIs in Power BI
- Conduct regular analysis and provide actionable recommendations to OTC managers and the head of OTC
- Take ownership of reporting and KPIs improvements
- Support cash collection team leaders and the head of OTC as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple IT tools and Criteo main tools
- Experience using Salesforce, SAP, CSI, AR Analytics, TOP
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
