Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on driving business growth and closing deals.

About the Role

This position will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Fintech, BFSI, BPO, and Government sectors. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an independent sales hunter with a proactive, results-driven mindset, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to work with prospects to understand their business needs and determine how to best recommend Wiz A.I. talkbots solutions to improve current business processes through AI;
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and engage enterprise clients within the Fintech, BFSI, BPO, or Government sector.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that address client needs and showcase our value proposition.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close large ticket deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline progress, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience in SaaS / enterprise application software / solution selling / cloud computing.
  • Serviced clients in the Banking / Fintech / Financial Services / Insurance / Telco / Healthcare.
  • Ability to conduct CxO level engagement and secure executive sponsorship for deals.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth environment with fast pace and resourcefulness; Proven ability to drive end-to-end sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
  • BS/IT degree or equivalent preferred.
