Position Overview

The role involves providing support to engineers in executing production-related tasks and inspection activities. The technician plays a crucial role in monitoring the quality of materials within processing facilities and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Assess the physical attributes of components, materials, and products against technical specifications to detect any defects.
  • Conduct basic testing procedures, including evaluations of electrical functionality, reliability, and packaging quality.
  • Document findings and generate straightforward technical reports.
  • Utilize various measurement tools to perform product and component testing.
  • Provide advanced programming, training, and operational support for measurement and testing equipment.
  • Assist clients in interpreting product specifications and understanding measurement data.
  • Engage in measurement uncertainty studies related to calibration results.
  • Ensure the proper upkeep and calibration of measurement and testing instruments.
