About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Stars Group. As a key member of our Complaints Team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and Resolve Customer Complaints: You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Communicate with Customers: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: You will work closely with internal teams, including Customer Support, Safer Gambling, and AML, to ensure that customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide Regular Insights and Reporting: You will provide regular insights and reporting on customer complaints, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Support Business Growth: You will contribute to the growth and development of our business by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Service Experience: You will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills: You will have strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have an exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer complaints.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: You will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer complaints and identify trends and areas for improvement.
