Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage technical projects from conception to delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Provide strategic guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

You will work closely with our R&D team to design and develop new products and services, and collaborate with our commercial teams to bring these to market.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences.
  • 7-10 years experience in Pharmaceutical formulation and technical service or product development, including hands-on experience with formulating tablets, capsules and/or gummies, blending, granulation, tableting, coating and similar processes.
  • Highly collaborative and effective communication skills.
  • Skilled at building relationships and adapting messages for diverse audiences.
  • Dedicated to addressing customer needs, delivering solutions that meet customer expectations, and skilled in managing complexity.
  • Decisive execution capabilities.
  • Advanced competency in science-based innovation.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Adept at balancing stakeholder interests and exhibiting a strategic mindset.
Preferred Experience
  • Leadership and management experience in R&D to manufacturing.
  • Broad overview of the technical/regulatory requirements and trends for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good understanding of related functional areas of a pharmaceutical company.
  • Familiarity with the Dietary Supplement industry preferred.
Preferred Education
  • MBA or PhD in a relevant discipline, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences, strongly preferred.
