Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst – LATAM role that reports to Supply Chain Finance. The position is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and offers a chance to work on strategic financial planning and decision-making across the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with strong collaboration and communication skills. They should be able to provide direct financial support to all Supply Chain pillars, focusing on Manufacturing, Engineering, and Facilities within the LATAM region.

The selected individual will develop and drive short- and long-term supply chain strategies, analyzing financial data and metrics to inform business decisions. They must ensure the application of company accounting standards, statutory requirements, and SOX controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build solid business cases for investment decisions and portfolio management;
  • Develop performance analytics and reporting to review and communicate performance drivers, metrics, risks, and opportunities;
  • Work with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, review financial outputs with management, and drive value creation;
  • Support continuous improvements for financial processes/analytics and other ad hoc analyses/projects;
  • Audit and Compliance: oversee internal controls for USGAAP/SOX and local statutory requirements, supporting internal/external audits;
What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance or a related field;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • English language proficiency;
  • Advanced Excel skills;

  • Professional with excellent communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and risk management capabilities;
  • Knowledge of general and supply chain specific finance/accounting processes;
